The Belfast Computer Clubhouse is celebrating the success of 11 year old Danni Curley from West Belfast. Danni's artwork 'Funky Face' was selected along with 12 others to appear in the annual 2008 Computer Clubhouse Calendar. There were over 100 entries from all over the globe from countries like America, India, New Zealand and Australia.

Danni attends the Clubhouse at Springvale Learning on the Springfield Road. Danni who was 10 when she created the artwork talks about the moment she found out about her success; "Mum showed it to me and I squealed because nothing I ever do is in anything people see."

Louise Feeney, our Clubhouse Coordinator at Springvale says; "I am extremely proud of Danni for receiving global recognition." Danni's work sits comfortably in the month of April alongside some truly gifted young people from across the globe, proving that we are on par with the rest of the world when it comes to creativity in our young people.
